Questions about website plans

How does the launch offer work?
For our first 10 customers on the Stress-Free Starter plan: no setup fee and nothing to pay for the first 3 months. We take your card details when you sign up, email you a reminder a few days before the free months end, and then it's £15.99 a month. The minimum term is 15 months: the 3 free months plus 12 paid months. The offer is for the plan on its own; you can add extras once your free months are over.
How long is the contract?
The minimum term is 12 months. After that it's month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you need to leave earlier, you pay the remaining months of the minimum term.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. If you already have a web address (domain), you keep it and it stays in your name. If you need a new one, we register it in your name, not ours. After the first 12 months, if you leave, we give you a copy of your website for free.
What counts as a small change?
Updating text, prices, opening hours, photos or a team member, for example. New pages, new features or a redesign aren't small changes; we'll quote for those first.
Do I need to write the words myself?
You know your business best, so we ask you for the key facts. We can turn your notes into clear, AI-friendly pages for you, and you approve everything before it goes live.
Can you rebuild my existing website?
Yes. You keep your web address. We move your useful content across, rebuild the site AI-ready, and switch it over once you've approved the new version. If your current site only needs fixes, our AI website audit is the better place to start.
What about business email?
We can set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email for you. You pay the provider's price; we don't add a margin.
