Cookie Policy

Draft for legal review

This is placeholder content prepared for review by a qualified legal adviser. It is not legal advice and should be checked before launch.

We keep cookies to a minimum. We do not use advertising cookies, which is why we do not show an intrusive cookie banner.

Strictly necessary

Authentication storage used by our login provider to keep you signed in to the portal, and security tokens used during payment with Stripe. These are required for the service to work.

Preferences

If you are outside the UK, your browser stores the currency prices are shown in and a copy of the day's exchange rates, so pages load quickly. This stays on your device and is never used to track you. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Analytics

We do not currently use analytics cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in future, this policy will be updated and consent requested where required.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
