These terms apply to AI Website Audits, AI Transformation implementation projects and consultations.
AI Website Audit (£99)
A professional review of your public website, delivered as a PDF report, with a target delivery of 48 hours after you submit complete website details. The audit reviews publicly accessible information only.
AI Transformation
Implementation is scoped and priced individually after the audit, starting from £499. Each proposal states the scope, price, estimated timeline and expiry date. Work begins only after you accept the proposal and payment is confirmed. Additional work outside the agreed scope requires a new or amended proposal.
Website access
Where access is needed, you agree to provide it through secure, platform-appropriate methods such as collaborator or staff accounts. You remain responsible for backups and your hosting arrangements. [Backup and change-control wording to be confirmed.]
Consultations
Expert consultations are 15 minutes (£9.99) or 30 minutes (£14.99), payable in advance. Bookings are confirmed after payment. Questions by email are free.
Prices and currency
Our prices are set in British pounds (GBP). Visitors outside the UK may see an approximate price in their own currency, for guidance only. If you pay in another currency, our payment provider Stripe converts the price at checkout and shows you the exact amount before you pay; the conversion may include a small fee set by Stripe. Refunds are made in the currency you paid.
