The plans and prices

• Stress-Free Starter: £49 one-off setup fee, then £14.99 a month. Up to 6 pages and 1 small change a month.
• Growing Business: £79 one-off setup fee, then £29.99 a month. Up to 14 pages and 3 small changes a month.

Optional extras are charged monthly on top of your plan: Priority care (£10 on Starter, £15 on Growing) and AI and search growth (£49 on Starter, £99 on Growing). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.

Who the plans are for

Website plans are for businesses, sole traders and organisations buying for their business. When you buy for your business you are not a consumer, so the 14-day cooling-off period for consumers does not apply. We still aim to treat you fairly and these terms are written to be clear.

Paying

You pay the setup fee and your first month when you sign up, then each month on the same date, by card or Direct Debit through Stripe. If a payment fails, we will tell you and Stripe will try again. If a payment is still unpaid 14 days after it was due, we may pause your website until it is paid, and we will switch it back on as soon as it is.

Minimum term of 12 months

Your plan has a minimum term of 12 months from the day you sign up. After that it continues month to month, and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. If you want to leave during the minimum term, you can, but you pay the plan's monthly fee for the months left in the minimum term. Optional extras are not part of the minimum term and can be added or removed any time with 30 days' notice.

Building your website

After you sign up, we will message you within one working day to collect what we need: your business details, words, photos and logo. You are responsible for giving us accurate information and for having the right to use any words, photos and logos you send. We can write pages from your notes, and you approve every page before your website goes live. We use AI tools to speed up the work, and a person checks every page.

What a page and a small change are

A page is one web page with its own address, such as Home, About, Services or Contact. A small change is a quick update to existing content that takes up to 30 minutes, such as new text, prices, opening hours, a photo or a team member. Unused small changes do not carry over to the next month. New pages, new features, a redesign or work that takes longer are not small changes; we will give you a quote first and do nothing extra without your agreement.

Hosting, domain and ownership

Your plan includes hosting, a security certificate and backups. If you already have a domain (web address), you keep it and stay its owner; we give you step-by-step help to point it at your new website (or explain a secure way to give us access; never send us passwords by message or email), and you keep paying for it with your current provider. If you need a new domain, we register a .co.uk domain in your name, so it is always yours, and we look after its renewal while your plan is active. The words, photos and logos you give us stay yours. After the minimum term, if you leave, we will give you a free copy of your website's files and help you move your domain. If you leave during the minimum term and pay the remaining months, the same applies.

AI and search growth

If you choose this extra, each month we check what ChatGPT, Google and Perplexity say about your business, update your structured data and content, publish Google Business Profile posts, and send you a short report. We do not and cannot guarantee rankings, recommendations or visibility in any search engine or AI tool. See our AI & Service Disclaimer.

Fair use

Priority care includes unlimited small changes under fair use, which means up to 2 hours of small changes a month. Your website must be used lawfully. We may refuse to publish content that is unlawful, misleading or harmful.

Price changes

Your monthly price is fixed for the minimum term. After that, we may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

If we end the plan

We may end your plan with 30 days' notice, or straight away if a payment is more than 30 days late or these terms are seriously broken. If we end the plan without a reason that is your fault, we give you a free copy of your website and help you move your domain, and you owe nothing more.

Cancelling

To cancel, message us from your dashboard or email hello@blessedpixels.com. We will confirm the date your plan ends and what, if anything, is left to pay.
