AI Website Audit

If you cancel before we start your audit, we will refund in full. Once the audit has started, we are unable to offer a refund, but we will always work with you to resolve any concerns about the report.

Implementation

If you cancel before work starts, we will refund in full. After work starts, any refund reflects the work completed to date, as set out in your proposal.

Consultations

Paid consultations cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are refunded in full or can be rescheduled. [Late cancellation terms to be confirmed.]
